- have a break between days

3. week:
- 3 days walk for 60min
- fourth day walk for 2h
- have a break between days

4. week:
- 4 days climb up some hill for 60min (nothing to big)
- have a break between days

List of items for my first Camino

In 2019. I'm going on my first Camino. After watching a lot of videos from people who went on Camino, I have decided to make a list of things that I would most likely take to my first trip there.
I know there's still plenty of time until I go, but it's better to prepare everything in time. And it's much cheaper.

My list of items for Camino:

1. Bag ( 30-40l )
2. Sleeping bag
3. Shoes for hiking ( doesn't have to be, people have walked in regular sneakers )
4. Sandals ( to give your feet some rest after a long day in shoes )
5. Water bottle
6. Swiss knife
7. Flashlight
8. Earplugs
9. Towel ( microfibre, it dries quickly )
10. Clothes ( also quick drying and merino wool socks )
11. Toiletries
12. First aid kit
13. Waistpack ( for documents and money )
14. Camera, cell phone and chargers

This is my list for now. I didn't write all in detail because it would take too much time.
The list is constantly changing, I'm adding things and removing them.
Just have in mind that the total weight of the bag should not be over 10% of your body weight!
